Overview
Actually helps users check factual claims from screenshots, shared text, or manual entry using source search and AI-assisted summarization. By using Actually, you agree to use it lawfully and responsibly.
Informational use only
Actually provides automated assistance for reviewing information. Results may be incomplete, outdated, or incorrect. Actually is not legal, medical, financial, safety, election, investment, or other professional advice. You should review the sources and use your own judgment before relying on a result.
AI-assisted results
Actually may use AI systems to extract the core claim, summarize source material, and generate a verdict. AI systems can make mistakes. Source links, confidence labels, and verdict labels are intended to help you review the result, not to guarantee accuracy.
App Store EULA
Unless a separate custom license is provided in App Store Connect or the App Store listing, Actually uses Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement.
Apple's standard EULA is available at apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/.
Subscriptions and purchases
Actually may offer auto-renewable subscriptions or other in-app purchases through Apple. Purchases are billed by Apple to your Apple ID. Subscription pricing, renewal period, trial terms, and cancellation options are shown by Apple before purchase.
You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings. Cancellation stops future renewals but does not automatically refund prior charges. Refund requests are handled through Apple.
Acceptable use
Do not use Actually to violate laws, infringe rights, harass others, submit content you are not allowed to process, overload the service, bypass security controls, reverse engineer the app or backend, scrape the service, or interfere with other users.
Availability and changes
We may update, suspend, limit, or discontinue features at any time. We work to keep Actually reliable, but we do not guarantee that the app or backend will always be available, error-free, or compatible with every device, operating system, network, or source provider.
Third-party services
Actually depends on third-party services including Apple services, hosting providers, search providers, and AI providers. We are not responsible for outages, changes, errors, or limitations caused by third-party services.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, CosmicQuest Studios LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, or for losses resulting from reliance on app outputs, service interruptions, third-party services, purchase issues handled by Apple, or user-submitted content.
