Actually support
For Actually questions, include Actually in the subject line and describe what you were trying to check. Do not send screenshots unless we specifically ask for one during support.
Helpful details include app version, iOS version, device model, whether the text came from a screenshot, shared text, or manual entry, and the error message shown in the app.
Purchases and subscriptions
Actually purchases and subscriptions are processed by Apple. Manage or cancel subscriptions from your Apple ID subscription settings. Refund requests are handled through Apple.
If a purchase does not appear in Actually, restart the app and check your App Store account first, then contact support with your app version and the subscription tier you expected to use.
